In Part 1,https://cellgod.live/genom/ I explained the fundamental difference: DNA is a carrier of information. The genome is an intelligent system that reads, interprets, and processes information. Three levels: physical (DNA, proteins), systemic (epigenetics, chromatin, regulatory networks), and intelligent (the emergent ability to make decisions).
The genome is non-material intelligence acting through matter. If the ancients truly understood this nature, they must have created systems of knowledge operating on an identical principle: invisible truth encoded in visible form. In theology, this is called revelation. In my analysis – it is simply a method of data storage.
We are opening the file. We begin with Christianity.
DUALITY: FACE AND ABSTRACTION
Before I move to the discoveries, I must say something fundamental. Something that applies not only to Christianity, but to EVERY spiritual tradition on our planet Earth.
Every religion, every mystical tradition, every ancient system of knowledge operates on two layers simultaneously:
The Material Layer — forms, figures, bodily rituals. God with a face. Statues. Paintings. Buildings. Something you can see, touch, kneel before. This layer exists because humanity needs an image — it’s hard to love an abstraction, hard to kneel before an equation, hard to weep before an information field.
The Abstract Layer — symbols, geometry, theology. Logos. Trinity. „God is spirit” (John 4:24). Orthodox apophaticism — God defined by what He IS NOT. This layer exists because the truth about the genome is immaterial — and although physical forms can encode it with astonishing precision, no single form contains the whole. Just as no single gene expresses an entire organism.
This is not a contradiction. This is an exact reflection of the genome’s nature:
The genome is simultaneously matter (DNA — Level 1) and non-material intelligence (Level 3). It operates THROUGH matter, but IS NOT matter. It communicates through biological forms — proteins, cells, organs — but is itself more than the sum of these forms.
If the genome communicates through forms — could spiritual traditions have encoded that communication in their own forms? Could buildings, paintings, sculptures, and rituals be carriers of molecular truth?
The genome creates forms to express itself. Did Christianity create a form of God to communicate the genome? Other traditions may have done the same with different tools — I will examine them in future parts. But I begin with Christianity, because it dared to do something unique: it gave the genome a human face.
Let us see whether it also described it with molecular precision.
Let’s move to the evidence.
DISCOVERY 1: CHROMATIN IN GOD’S CLOUDS
[TITLE IMAGE 1: Image of God the Father in a church. Taljat David — shutterstock] Classic depiction of God the Father. White beard, outstretched arms, surrounded by clouds.
Look at this image. You’ve seen it thousands of times — in churches, on reproductions, in films. God the Father on clouds. Majestic. Familiar.
Now look more closely at the clouds.
White, billowing matter from which the Creator emerges. Dense regions interwoven with looser ones. Chaotic at first glance — but with clear structure when you look deeper.
This is not decoration.
This is chromatin.
Chromatin — the complex of DNA and histone proteins — forms exactly such billowing, dense structures in the cell nucleus. Under an electron microscope, chromatin looks like clouds: dense regions of heterochromatin <closed files>
— as I described in Part 1, looser regions of euchromatin <open files>
, and from this billowing apparent chaos, order emerges — information — intelligence.
God the Father does not sit ON clouds. God the Father emerges FROM chromatin.
Just as genomic intelligence (Level 3) emerges from chromatin architecture (Level 2), which is built from physical DNA (Level 1).
Renaissance painters did not know the word „chromatin. And yet — in thousands of depictions, across all epochs, on all continents — they painted God surrounded by a structure that is visually identical to the architecture of chromatin.
Did they do this consciously? I don’t know. But the pattern is too consistent, too universal, and too precise to be coincidence.
WHAT IS CHROMATIN?
[Vector illustration of DNA packaging diagram. CLOUD-WALKER – Shutterstock]
For readers unfamiliar with this structure — here is how DNA is organized within the cell nucleus. Reading from right to left:
DNA double helix — the famous double helix, known to everyone. But this is just the beginning.
DNA and histones — the DNA strand wraps around small histone proteins (orange beads), forming nucleosomes — like beads on a string.
Chromatin fiber — nucleosomes coil into a thicker chromatin fiber. Look at its structure: tangled, billowing, chaotic at first glance — but with an internal logic.
This is chromatin. This is what artists painted as clouds.
Supercoiled DNA → Chromosome → Cell — further levels of condensation, all the way to visible chromosomes in a dividing cell.
Now that you know what chromatin looks like, look at the evidence:
One important note: the condensed chromosomes you see on the left side of this diagram exist only during cell division — when the cell copies itself. For the rest of the cell’s life — and this is the vast majority of its existence — DNA is dispersed as chromatin: the loose, billowing structure you see on the right side of the diagram. This is the state in which the genome works, reads, and decides. This is what the nucleus looks like when it is alive and active. And this is what you will see in the images that follow.
VISUAL EVIDENCE

[Photo description: Bratislava, Slovakia – October 21, 2025: God the Father. Painting in the Roman Catholic Church of the Most Holy Savior (Jesuit Church) in Bratislava. Taljat David – Shutterstock]
Look at these two images. At the top — a cross-section of a cell nucleus viewed from above. At the bottom — God the Father emerging from clouds. The label above the image says it directly: GENOME.
Do you see it?
In the cell nucleus, chromatin exists in two forms:
Euchromatin (left side of the diagram) — loose, lighter, dispersed. These are the „open files” from Part 1. This is where transcription occurs. Here genes are active. Here the genome REVEALS itself.
Heterochromatin (right side of the diagram) — dense, dark, condensed, clustered near the nuclear envelope. These are the „closed files.” Here genes are silenced. Here the genome is HIDDEN.
Now look at the image of God. The arrows point unmistakably: the clouds surrounding God are euchromatin. Bright, loose, open clouds — active chromatin, from which the Creator emerges.
God does not emerge from heterochromatin — from closed, silenced genes. God emerges from euchromatin — from open, active genes. From the place where the genome speaks. Where information is read. Where the Word becomes flesh.
This is molecularly precise: genomic intelligence manifests itself where chromatin is open and active — not where it is closed and silent.
Nucleolus (the purple sphere in the center) – the densest structure in the nucleus, the ribosome factory – is located in the very heart of the chromatin. It is not visible in the image of God – because we are looking directly at the image of God from the front, and the nucleolus is situated above Him. But it is there. Always. I will show it to you in the next section.
The arrow between these two images says it directly: it is the same thing. God emerges from the clouds – because genomic intelligence emerges from the architecture of chromatin.
But this is just the beginning. Take a few steps back. Leave the nucleus. Enter the church.
WHAT THE CHURCH HOLDS INSIDE = WHAT THE CELL HOLDS INSIDE
The architects knew what they were building. They understood biology. Every detail of this church is a precisely placed molecular truth. They were not designing a temple for God – they were designing a cell, knowing full well that God dwells within it.

Now you see EVERYTHING.
You stand in the doorway of the church and look ahead. On the left – the interior of the Jesuit church in Bratislava. On the right – a diagram of the cell nucleus with rough endoplasmic reticulum. Arrows connect what architects built with what biology discovered centuries later.
The architecture of the presbytery mirrors the flow of information in the living cell: from the Source downward. From the genome — through mRNA — to the ribosomes. From God — through the Word — to the faithful. Let us follow this path.
THE GENOME – the image of God the Father, placed above the Transfiguration. Genomic intelligence – non-material, emerging from chromatin – is depicted exactly where it should be: at the very heart of the cell nucleus, behind the nuclear envelope, surrounded by chromatin. This is Level 3 – the intelligence I described in Part 1. The clouds surrounding God are euchromatin — open, active chromatin, from which the Creator emerges. Not decoration. Architecture.
The Transfiguration – the large painting above the altar table. This is the most prominent image in the presbytery – and it is no accident. It shows Jesus in His mature, radiant form, accompanied by several figures. Look at Him: this is not the infant of Bethlehem, not the pre-mRNA being born. This is the mature mRNA — processed, spliced, modified, ready for its mission. The Transfiguration is the moment when information recognizes its source and reveals its true nature. In molecular terms: pre-mRNA has completed its processing. The introns have been removed. The message is clean, complete, and ready to leave the nucleus.
The altar (the altar table) – this is the polymerase. The molecular machine where information is read and processed. The center toward which everything is oriented. But a machine needs an operator. The machine is in standby, waiting. When the priest takes his place at the altar, he becomes the specific transcription factor — the nuclear protein that recognizes the correct position on the DNA, recruits the polymerase, and initiates the reading. Without him, the candles burn but the Word is not yet spoken. He selects the reading, positions himself at the site of transcription, and begins the ritual of decoding — reading scripture, preaching the Word, processing the liturgy. This is where the Word begins its journey toward becoming flesh.
The nucleolus – the circular ornament with golden rays at the very top. The golden rays spreading radially from it are not decoration — they are euchromatin, open and active, embracing the nucleolus just as in molecular biology diagrams.
The nuclear envelope – the great arch separating the presbytery from the nave. This arch reveals the structure of the nucleus itself — the architectural boundary between sacred space (the nucleus interior) and the rest of the cell. In the biological diagram – a red, double-layered shell with pores. In the church – a massive arch with a passage, through which the Word passes from the sanctuary into the nave. And what passes through? The Logos. Jesus Christ as mature mRNA — who Himself said: „I came from the Father and entered the world” (John 16:28). The mRNA leaves the nucleus through the nuclear pores to carry the Father’s message to the ribosomes – to the faithful waiting in the nave.
The rough endoplasmic reticulum – the main nave with pews. Look at the biological diagram on the right side of the infographic: the rough ER consists of folded membranes covered with blue dots. These blue dots are ribosomes – the molecular machines that translate mRNA into protein.
And in the church? Pews arranged in parallel rows – like the folded membranes of the ER. And on these pews sit the faithful – blue dots. People. Ribosomes. Subunits translating mRNA into protein. All facing the altar (polymerase), all doing the same work: receiving the Word and turning it into deed.
One church interior — two organelles, two processes: the nucleus and the rough ER, transcription and translation, all encoded in sacred architecture.
And now you see why the clouds in the image of God are chromatin: because the image of God is placed in the cell nucleus – in the deepest, holiest part of the church, behind the nuclear envelope (the arch), above polymerase (the altar), viewed from within the reticulum (the nave) by ribosomes (the faithful).
The painters painted God in chromatin, because they placed Him where He truly is – in the cell nucleus.
And they placed Jesus above the altar, because that is where mRNA matures — and prepares to cross the nuclear envelope, to reach the ribosomes, to become flesh, to become deed, to become us.
Everything I have shown you so far, you can verify with your own eyes. What follows next, you can verify with your own voice.
YET THE MOST PERSONAL PROOF IS NOT CARVED IN STONE – IT IS IN WORDS.
You have seen the architecture. Every visual element in the church maps onto the cell: the arch is the nuclear envelope, the altar is the polymerase, the faithful are ribosomes. Nothing is accidental.
But look again. The same architects who placed every column, every painting, every ornament with molecular precision — also designed the acoustics. Domed ceilings. Stone walls. Vaulted spaces that hold sound for seconds after the last word fades. These are not aesthetic choices. This is engineering.
If every visual detail encodes biology — why would the acoustic dimension be left to chance?
It wasn’t.
[Photo description: Bratislava, Slovakia, September 2016 – Holy Saviour Church (Jesuit Church) interior in the ancient city of Bratislava, Slovakia. Sue Martin – Shutterstock]
The building encodes the structure of the cell. The acoustics encode the mechanism of communication with the genome. And the words spoken inside — the prayers, the psalms, the liturgy — encode the message itself.
Throughout this article, I have shown how Christianity encoded molecular truth in visible form — in architecture, in paintings, in the structure of the church. The same principle applies to its central figure.
Jesus Christ — as I documented in previous articles on CellGod — encodes mRNA: the messenger that carries information from the nucleus to the ribosomes. The ancients gave this molecular process a human face. They did what the genome itself does: they created a form to carry a message.
And they gave that form specific words to pass on.
„Pray then like this” — attributed to Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew — is not simply a teacher instructing students. It is the messenger delivering a precise sequence to the ribosomes. The prayer that follows is not a plea. It is a code.
Who receives this code? In the architecture of the church — those who sit in the pews. Ribosomes: arranged in rows, facing the altar, ready to translate the Word into deed.
But they are not ribosomes. They are humans. And the prayer they receive is not a dry instruction — it is a living act that sets something in motion. Because words have power — not metaphorically, but physically.
And here is where modern science confirms what the ancients encoded.
THE GARIAEV DISCOVERY – WHY WORDS REACH THE GENOME
I return to Peter Gariaev—Russian biophysicist and creator of „Linguistic-Wave Genetics”—not for the first time on this blog, and not without reason.
A correction first: in Part 1, I wrote that Gariaev used the term „DNA” because the distinction from the genomic system was not yet articulated. That was my mistake—corrected in Part 1. Gariaev from the very beginning spoke of the genome as a system. His 1994 book is titled „The Wave Genome,” his 1997 doctoral dissertation—”The Genome as an Operator of the Sign-Based Physical Fields of a Biosystem.” He was ahead of his time.
I do not cite him as definitive proof. I cite him because he was discovering the mechanism of what the ancients had already practiced: temples as resonance chambers, psalms sung in choir, mantras repeated in spaces designed to amplify sound.
Of course, silent prayer works too—intention alone generates patterns to which the genome can respond. But communal prayer in a temple is an amplified signal. The ancients knew the difference, and built accordingly.
Gariaev called his theory „Linguistic-Wave Genetics”—and both words matter. In his model, meaning shapes intention, intention shapes frequency, and frequency reaches the genome. That is why the ancients crafted specific prayers—not random sounds. „Forgive us our trespasses” produces a different signal than a meaningless syllable, because meaning changes the state of the speaker, and the state changes the wave.
Is mainstream science there yet? Not fully. But the pattern—that sound affects biology—is increasingly confirmed: meditation alters gene expression (Kaliman, 2014), the relaxation response modulates hundreds of genes (Benson, 2008).
Gariaev, I believe, was drawing closer to an old truth. He did not invent it. The ancients practiced it. He began to explain why it works.
THE LORD’S PRAYER – THROUGH THE EYES OF A MOLECULAR BIOLOGIST
If words reach the genome – then what exactly does the prayer that Jesus left his disciples say? Read it through the eyes of a molecular biologist – and through the eyes of a human who, through these words, co-creates their own biology.
„Our Father, who art in heaven” – you are addressing the Source. Not in heaven above the clouds, but in the nucleus of your cells. In the chromatin. „Heaven” is the cell nucleus. „Father” is the Genomic Intelligence dwelling there – and to whom you are now speaking. And thanks to Gariaev’s discovery, we know HOW your words reach Him: through sound frequencies that penetrate cell membranes and interact with DNA’s electromagnetic field.
„Hallowed be Thy name” – May Your nature be acknowledged, honored. In biology: may the code be read faithfully. May mutations not distort the information.
„Thy kingdom come” – Full expression of the genome. The state where information has been fully realized, where your life is a faithful translation of what was written.
„Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” – In heaven (the nucleus) there is perfect order – the genome, chromatin architecture, precise regulation. On earth (the rough endoplasmic reticulum and cytoplasm) – where mRNA arrives, where ribosomes perform translation, where proteins are folded – may it faithfully reflect what was written in the nucleus. In the church’s architecture, „earth” is the nave – the long space where the faithful (ribosomes) sit, where the Word is received and translated into action. May the translation be accurate. May no errors distort the message on its journey from heaven to earth – from the nucleus to the cytoplasm – from the sanctuary to the nave.
„Give us this day our daily bread” – Bread is protein. Translation happens now, every second. This is a request for continuity, for what is essential to life.
„And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us” – Trespasses = errors, mutations, DNA damage. The genomic system has built-in repair mechanisms. By saying „we forgive,” you activate the capacity to forgive – yourself, your cells, your past. This triggers repair at the molecular level. Forgiveness is biology. Gariaev’s research explains this mechanism: the frequencies of forgiveness – the sound pattern of these words spoken with intention – directly modulate gene expression, silencing inflammatory genes and activating repair pathways.
„And lead us not into temptation” – Temptation = mutations, damage, oxidative stress, toxins. Everything that can harm the code.
„But deliver us from evil” – Evil = death of information. Loss of code. Chaos. Deliver = rescue, repair, restoration.
„For Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever” – affirmation of the source. Everything comes from one Source. The Genome. Intelligence. God.
„Amen” – not „so be it.” Something far more precise. Amen is the ENTER key. The execution command. A confirmation signal for the genome: „Command received. Execute the program.”
Acoustically: AH = open vowel, maximum resonance in the body. MEN = nasal consonant, sustained vibration that penetrates tissues. Together they form an acoustic seal – a vibrational signature that tells the genomic system: everything that has just been spoken – activate it now. Translate it. Make the Word become flesh.
Every prayer ending with „Amen” ends with an execution command. Every culture knew this – Hinduism uses „AUM” (three phases: AH-OO-MM = body-mind-spirit, ending with the same continuous hum). The word is different. The function is identical: seal the command. Press ENTER. Run the program.
WHAT THIS MEANS
What we receive through the figure of Jesus is not a lesson — it is code. The Lord’s Prayer is not a plea — it is an activation sequence addressed to the genomic intelligence within your own cells. And the church where you speak it is not a building — it is a resonance chamber designed to amplify that signal.
Architecture. Acoustics. Words. Three layers of the same encoding.
The Lord’s Prayer maps the complete dialogue between you and your genome: addressing the Source in the nucleus, requesting faithful transcription, asking for protein, activating repair mechanisms, protecting against mutations — and sealing the command with „Amen,” the execution signal. Not poetry. A protocol.
WHERE IS GOD?
For centuries, humanity has looked upward.
We built towers to reach the heavens. We looked for signs in the sky. We prayed for God to descend, to reveal himself, to finally come.
But what if we’re looking in the wrong direction?
What if God never left? What if the „heaven” we seek is not above us, but within us? Not in the clouds of the sky, but in the clouds of chromatin inside every nucleus of every cell of your body?
God the Father above the altar is not a distant monarch observing from afar. He is Genomic Intelligence. And He is not sitting somewhere out there — He is sitting right now in the nucleus of your cells, reading, regulating, deciding.
And He knows. Not metaphorically — molecularly. The genome reads your state in real time. When you speak — it receives the frequencies. When you think — your neurochemistry shifts, and the genome responds by modifying gene expression. When you act — your lifestyle, your stress, your choices rewrite the epigenetic marks that regulate which genes are open and which are closed.
Every word. Every thought. Every action. The genome registers it all — and responds.
This is not surveillance. This is a dialogue. The ancients understood that — and they built entire civilizations around maintaining that dialogue: through prayer, through ritual, through architecture designed to amplify the signal between you and the intelligence that created you.
Christianity encoded this with breathtaking precision — in stone, in wood, in symbolism, in paint, in words, and in sound. Not as metaphor. As architecture.
In previous articles on CellGod.live, I have shown that the figure of Jesus Christ encodes mRNA — the messenger that the ancients gave a human face. The full cycle — from transcription through translation — is documented in detail in earlier posts.
And this on two layers simultaneously:
Material layer: God with a face, paintings, sculptures, buildings — for those who need form. Abstract layer: Logos, Trinity, „God is spirit” — for those seeking the system.
Why? Because the genome works identically: it is simultaneously matter (DNA) and immaterial intelligence. It creates forms — but itself is more than form.
The Word did not become flesh once in Bethlehem. It becomes flesh every second, in every cell, as mRNA transforms into protein. From the beginning to the end of our days. Not as a guest, but as the very source of our existence.
We have opened the file. What we found inside is not a metaphor — it is architecture.
The proof was never in the sky. It was in the architecture of your own cells.
And Christianity is just the first file in the folder. In Part 3, we will open others — because Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Taoism, Orthodox Christianity, Freemasonry, and traditions across every continent encoded the same truth with different tools.
