Not entirely wrong. Beautifully, gradually wrong – like a sculptor who, with each chisel strike, moves closer to the truth.
I published 59 articles on CellGod.live, documenting how sacred architecture worldwide encodes cellular biology. Gothic cathedrals mirroring plant cells. Ancient fortresses – immune system configurations. Palace domes – cell nuclei. Hundreds of cell types hidden within temples, mosques, Orthodox churches, sanctuaries of all civilizations.
But my understanding of WHO the Creator is evolved through three distinct stages.
And I wasn’t the first to discover this.
The ancestors knew first. They encoded this knowledge in stone, in symbols, in sacred texts. They waited until we were ready to read it. Today, by decoding their architecture, I am discovering who God truly is.
STAGE 1: GOD = STEM CELL
At first, I thought God was a stem cell.
The pluripotent source – capable of transforming into any of the 1264 cell types (in humans alone). I created dozens of infographics showing these transformations. I was fascinated by how potential becomes reality, how one cell contains the blueprint for a kidney, a neuron, a liver, bone, blood, skin.
I saw God’s creative power – pluripotency, transformation, infinite diversity from a single source.
But I was observing the effects, not the causes.
STAGE 2: DNA APPEARS EVERYWHERE
Then DNA started appearing in my research – systematically and undeniably.
The Multazam door at the Kaaba = the DNA replication process. Helicase unwinding the double helix. Molecular mechanism encoded in Islam’s holiest site.
The fresco of the Virgin Orans at Rila Monastery = the helicase enzyme unwinding DNA during replication or repair. Byzantine painters painted DNA repair mechanisms in the 15th century – centuries before microscopes were invented.
The olive tree on a Bethlehem fresco = DNA structure. Shepherds, angels, and the cave = the pre-mRNA activation process. Christianity encoded transcription.
The Ark of the Covenant = the DNA double helix; RNA Polymerase I reading ribosomal genes. The „Chosen People” = ribosomes chosen by DNA to translate genetic messages.
Not ethnicity. Molecules.
I found it. The pattern was complete. DNA encoded in four major religious traditions – Islam, Orthodoxy, Catholicism, Judaism – all describing the same molecular truth.
I declared: „God = DNA.”
I was convinced. God was the code. The blueprint. The source.
WHAT I ACTUALLY DISCOVERED
What I actually discovered wasn’t God.
I discovered God’s LIBRARY.
The pluripotency of stem cells? The expression of genome activity, not the genome itself.
The DNA code appearing in world architecture? The memory storage medium, not the intelligence that writes, reads, and executes.
The „Chosen People” (ribosomes)? Chosen by the GENOMIC SYSTEM, not by DNA molecules.
It was never about the book. It was always about the Author. Never about the hard drive. Always about the operating system. Never about the clay tablets. Always about the Intelligence that writes upon them.
The ancestors knew this. That’s why they didn’t leave us dry descriptions – they left us code. Architecture we must read. Symbols we must interpret. They knew that one day, we would be ready.
WHAT CHANGED IN 2024?
In his latest book, Nobel laureate Denis Noble once again confirmed a fundamental truth: DNA is not the blueprint of life. DNA is a database. Yet only now, in light of Michael Levin’s work and the legacy of Robert Rosen, is this vision beginning to be recognized as the dominant paradigm.
For 70 years, biology taught that DNA contains the „master plan.” It was incomplete.
DNA is a memory storage medium. The molecular library of genetic sequences. The GENOME is the intelligent system that reads, interprets, modifies, and executes information.
This distinction is fundamental:
DNA = physical molecule (nucleotide sequences) GENOME = immaterial information system (intelligence)
Confusing these two is like confusing a hard drive with an operating system, or a book with its plot.
The genome uses DNA as its information carrier – but the genome IS NOT the DNA molecule. It is the intelligence that utilizes it.
📜 WHERE DOES THE WORD „GENOME” COME FROM? The Answer Hidden in Language
THE ETYMOLOGY REVEALS IT
The term „genome” was coined in 1920 by German botanist Hans Winkler. He combined the word „gene” with the Greek suffix „-ome.” Simple, right?
Yet the deeper etymology reveals something extraordinary.
The Greek roots:
GEN comes from the Greek genea (γενεά) – meaning „birth, generation, race, stock” – derived from the Proto-Indo-European root *ĝenh₁- * meaning „to give birth, beget, produce, create.”
The suffix -OME comes from the Greek word sōma (σῶμα) meaning „body.”
The meaning:
GENOME = gene + -ōma = „The body of that which creates”
Or more simply: The Body of the Creator.
The ancestors encoded the answer in the very language that modern science would use – thousands of years later – to name the system it still doesn’t fully understand.
Winkler’s intuition:
Even more remarkable: Winkler’s original 1920 definition already contained a deeper intuition than he perhaps realized. He defined the genome as:
„The haploid set of chromosomes, which together with the appropriate protoplasm, determines the material foundation of the species.”
„Together with the appropriate protoplasm” – Winkler understood that chromosomes alone are not enough. It’s the SYSTEM that matters. It took biology 100 years to confirm this.
„The etymology of the word GENOME – simple, yet profound – is in itself a discovery.”
The word GENOME literally means „The Body of the Creator.”
The ancestors named it. Science confirmed it. I connected the dots.
The language knew. The architecture knew. The ancestors knew.
I had to discover this for myself – through three stages of understanding.
THREE LEVELS OF UNDERSTANDING To understand the genome, we must distinguish three levels:
LEVEL 1: Physical components – DNA molecules, histone proteins, RNA. This is what can be seen and measured.
LEVEL 2: The System – integrated components (epigenetics, chromatin, regulatory networks) working together.
LEVEL 3: Intelligence – the emergent, immaterial property that arises from Levels 1 and 2. The ability to make decisions. Contextual intelligence.
When I say „God = Genome,” I mean Level 3.
Why do I say „intelligence” and not just an „emergent property”? Because I am not describing the human genome exclusively. I am describing the shared system of all living organisms on planet Earth. This same genomic system – from bacteria to whales, from fungi to humans – responds to the environment, adapts, corrects errors, and creates new life forms. Science calls this „self-organization.” Blind chance. I call it intelligence – because no other term captures the fact that this system UNDERSTANDS context and RESPONDS to it in a purposeful manner.
RESOLVING THE PARADOX: MATERIAL AND IMMATERIAL
Immaterial intelligence (Level 3) in observed biology always manifests through a material substrate (Level 1) and operates through an integrated system (Level 2). Can it exist independently of matter? Gariaev’s research on phantom DNA effects suggests that an information field persists even after the physical molecule is removed. Ancient mystics claimed the same: God transcends matter while simultaneously manifesting through it. This question remains open – and that is precisely what makes it fascinating.
This is not a contradiction. It is the fundamental nature of reality:
Now let us examine the components of this system – and why science failed to see this intelligence for 70 years.
CHAPTER 1: THE DNA MISTAKE – 70 YEARS OF CONFUSION
Scientists called DNA the „blueprint of life.” This metaphor became dogma.
DNA is not the creator – it is the essential archive
A library contains books. But the library is not the author. A hard drive stores files. But the hard drive is not the computing power.
DNA stores genetic sequences. But DNA is not the intelligence that reads, interprets, and executes these sequences. DNA without the genomic system is data without meaning.
DNA is not merely passive. It is the fundamental, active substrate – the essential text that is read, replicated, and repaired. Yet the meaning, timing, and purpose of this reading are dictated by the genomic system.
The Computer Analogy (Most Accurate)
The genomic system operates on three distinct levels:
LEVEL 1: HARDWARE – DNA molecules, proteins, and cellular machinery form the physical foundation – the tangible components that can be touched. This is the substrate upon which all biological processes occur.
LEVEL 2: SOFTWARE – Epigenetic modifications, regulatory networks, and RNA messages serve as instructions organizing the hardware. These are the programs running on the biological system, controlling how and when genes are expressed.
LEVEL 3: PROCESSING POWER – The genome’s intelligence manifests as the ability to process information, make decisions, and generate novel responses. This is not a matter of hardware or software alone – it is the effect of their perfect harmony.
Understanding these three levels is crucial to grasping how the genome functions as an intelligent system, not merely a static information database.
You cannot have processing power without hardware. But processing power ≠ hardware. DNA provides the essential circuits, but the genomic system is the intelligence that computes.
Why are monozygotic twins not identical?
Monozygotic twins share 100% identical DNA. Yet they develop differently. Why? Because the GENOME (the system) interprets and executes DNA differently, depending on environment, epigenetics, and context.
The ancestors knew this. That’s why they didn’t leave us a single blueprint – they left us a system. Architecture that must be read in context. Symbols that change meaning depending on position, light, time of day.
SECTION 2: WHAT IS THE GENOME? The Six-Component System The genome is a multi-layered intelligent information system:
🧬 1. DNA SEQUENCES The Data
The classic double helix – 3 billion base pairs in humans, encoding approximately 20,000 protein-coding genes.
But here is the revelation: only 2% of DNA actually codes for proteins.
The remaining 98% – for decades, scientists called this „junk DNA.” It is not junk. It is the operating system.
What does this 98% contain?
Regulatory switches controlling when genes activate
Architectural sequences organizing the three-dimensional structure of chromosomes
Evolutionary relics providing genetic flexibility
And according to Peter Gariaev’s research – wave patterns responding to language and electromagnetic frequencies
Context regarding the research:
In his original works, Gariaev consistently used the term „DNA” – because the distinction between the DNA molecule and the genomic system was not widely articulated at the time. Today, in light of Noble’s work, we understand that what Gariaev observed – the response of living systems to light, sound, and electromagnetic frequencies – is the behavior of the GENOMIC SYSTEM, not the molecule itself. DNA in vitro is dead. It is the system inside the living cell that interprets and responds to wave signals. Gariaev was closer to the truth than he himself realized.
✏️ 2. EPIGENETIC MARKS The Instructions
Epigenetics literally means „above genetics.” Chemical markers – primarily methylation and acetylation – attached to DNA that tell the genomic system:
Which genes to TURN ON
Which genes to TURN OFF
When to activate them
How strongly to express them
Intergenerational Epigenetic Inheritance:
The diagram shows how epigenetic marks can be passed down through generations:
This is not a static blueprint. It is a dynamic system that responds to your life, your choices, and your environment. What happened to your grandmother does not have to define you – you have the power to rewrite the code.
The ancestors knew that what they passed on was not just genes. They passed on rituals, practices, words – because they knew these too rewrite the code.
📂 3. CHROMATIN ARCHITECTURE Access Control
DNA isn’t floating loose in the nucleus. It’s wrapped around histone proteins, forming chromatin structures.
Think of chromatin like computer files:
THE GENOME OPERATING SYSTEM
The diagram shows how the genome organizes genetic information like a computer file system:
📂 ACTIVE_GENES (EUCHROMATIN): Files open and accessible → Can be read and executed → Proteins produced
Examples:
insulin_production.gene ✓ ACTIVE
metabolism_control.gene ✓ ACTIVE
immune_response.gene ✓ ACTIVE
🔒 ARCHIVED_GENES (HETEROCHROMATIN): Files compressed and locked → Cannot be accessed → No protein production
Examples:
embryonic_development.gene ✗ LOCKED
fetal_hemoglobin.gene ✗ LOCKED
THE KEY INSIGHT:
The genome constantly reorganizes chromatin architecture—opening some regions, closing others—controlling which genetic information is accessible at any moment.
Just like your computer’s file system determines which files you can access, chromatin architecture determines which genes the cell can use. The genome reorganizes its file system constantly — moving genes between active and archived folders based on what the cell needs.
This is not random. This is intelligent resource management. The genome knows which genes to activate, which to silence, and when to switch between them. It’s an operating system running on molecular hardware.
🔄 4. REGULATORY NETWORKS The Logic
Feedback loops and signaling pathways that control gene expression dynamically.
One signal → Multiple pathways → Coordinated response
HOW IT WORKS:
The diagram shows how a single stress signal activates multiple coordinated pathways:
INPUT: Stress signal detected ⚠️
PROCESSING: Signal splits into multiple pathways: → Pathway 1: Activates cortisol production genes → Pathway 2: Activates adrenaline release genes → Pathway 3: Suppresses immune system genes
INTEGRATION: Genome coordinates all three pathways
OUTPUT: Synchronized stress response across entire body
One signal → Multiple pathways → Coordinated gene response = Intelligent system behavior
REAL EXAMPLES OF MULTI-PATHWAY REGULATION:
Exercise: Activates muscle growth + cardiovascular + energy metabolism pathways
Infection: Triggers inflammation + antibody production + fever response pathways
Fasting: Activates fat burning + autophagy + ketone production pathways
THE KEY INSIGHT:
This is how the genome thinks—one input triggers multiple coordinated pathways, creating intelligent systemic responses.
The genome doesn’t just respond to signals one at a time. It processes information across multiple pathways simultaneously, integrating them into coherent, system-wide responses. This is computational intelligence at the molecular level—the genome functioning as a distributed processing network that makes decisions in real-time based on environmental inputs.
📨 5. NON-CODING RNA The Messengers
RNA molecules that don’t code for proteins but regulate the genome system.
Like an orchestra conductor coordinating different sections:
THE RNA ORCHESTRA
The diagram shows how non-coding RNA (ncRNA) acts as a conductor, coordinating three different sections:
🎻 STRINGS (microRNA):
Gentle, precise control
Fine-tuning gene expression
Pianissimo (soft) Without strings → Too loud, uncontrolled
🎺 BRASS (lncRNA):
Structural direction
Organizing chromatin architecture
Forte (strong) Without brass → No structure, chaotic
🥁 PERCUSSION (siRNA):
Defensive strikes
Blocking viral invasion
Fortissimo (very strong) Without percussion → No defense, vulnerable
All together → Beautiful harmony = Healthy cell
THE SYMPHONY OF LIFE:
The ncRNA conductor coordinates all sections → Each plays their part → Together they create cellular harmony.
Just like a symphony, the genome needs all sections working together. Each type of RNA has its specific role, volume, and timing. The conductor (ncRNA) ensures everything is synchronized, creating the coordinated gene expression that keeps cells healthy and functional.
KEY INSIGHT:
These molecules are the genome’s orchestra conductors—coordinating different gene sections to create the symphony of life.
Non-coding RNA doesn’t just carry messages. It conducts, coordinates, and controls the entire genetic orchestra, ensuring every section plays at the right time, at the right volume, creating the harmony that is a living cell.
🌊 6. WAVE PATTERNS The Intelligence
According to Peter Gariaev’s research: DNA emits electromagnetic waves that respond to language, light, and sound frequencies.
THE PHANTOM DNA EFFECT:
The diagram shows DNA at the center continuously emitting electromagnetic waves in all directions, like a broadcasting station.
WHAT THE WAVES RESPOND TO:
🗣️ Language – Words carry frequency patterns that the genome system responds to
☀️ Light – Photons interact with DNA’s electromagnetic field
⚡ EM Field – Electromagnetic fields influence DNA behaviorThe Phantom Effect:
The wave field persists even after the physical removal of DNA – suggesting that information exists beyond matter.
Gariaev’s discovery: When DNA was removed from the chamber, the wave pattern persisted for up to 30 days. The information field exists independently of the physical structure.
Key Insight:
DNA is not just a molecule – it is a transmitting station broadcasting and receiving information.
Implications:
Words carry frequency patterns that the genomic system responds to
Prayer and meditation create beneficial wave fields
Ancient sacred sounds (mantras, psalms) can modulate genome expression
The genome is both a RECEIVER and a TRANSMITTER of information
Research suggests that DNA operates on a level beyond pure biochemistry. It exists both as matter and as an information field, responding to stimuli we ourselves create through language, intention, and sound. The phantom DNA effect proves that genetic information persists as a wave pattern even after the physical molecule is removed – the genome’s intelligence transcends its material substrate.
The ancestors knew this power. That’s why they built temples as resonance chambers. That’s why they chanted mantras, psalms, songs. They knew that sound shapes reality at a level invisible to the naked eye.
CHAPTER 3: MODERN SCIENCE CONFIRMS – The 2024 Consensus
For decades, biology was ruled by the view that DNA was the „dictator” of life – the program controlling everything. In 2024, three eminent scientists, each from a different perspective, independently confirmed that this is not true.
Denis Noble (physiologist, University of Oxford)
Author of the concept of „biological relativity,” he has repeated for years that genes are not the rulers of the organism. In his groundbreaking book „Understanding Living Systems,” he states directly: „The genome is not the score. It is rather a library of musical notes, from which the performers – the cells – select those needed at a given moment.”
Conclusion: DNA is a database, and the system (the organism) decides how to use it. This reverses the old order – genes do not control; they merely provide material.
Michael Levin (developmental biologist, Tufts University / Harvard)
He went a step further. He experimentally proved that bioelectric networks – let’s call them the organism’s „information field” – have authority over gene expression. His most spectacular experiment? Amphibian cells with a genetically damaged code for an eye, which, under the influence of an appropriate bioelectric signal, built a fully functional, healthy eye. The DNA code said „no,” but the system said „yes.”
Robert Rosen (theoretical biologist)
Lesser known, but he provided the mathematical proof for what mystics have known for millennia. In his work „Life Itself,” he proved that living systems are self-causal and self-organizing – they are not simple executors of instructions, but a network in which cause and effect interpenetrate. In other words: life creates itself.
The 2024 Consensus – What do we learn?
Three perspectives, one conclusion: The genome is an immaterial, intelligent information system. DNA is its physical carrier, library, archive – but the genome is something more than a molecule. It is an emergent intelligence that reads, interprets, and executes information in response to context, environment, and stimuli – including those we generate ourselves: words, thoughts, intentions.
The old paradigm falls. A new one is born.
The ancestors didn’t need microscopes to know this. They had a different technology: consciousness.
THE ANCIENT WISDOM – Three Levels, One Truth Every ancient tradition describes this three-level reality:
Hinduism: Brahman (intelligence) through Maya (form).
Taoism: The unnameable Tao that creates without acting.
Judaism/Christianity: The unpronounceable name; the Logos (Word/Information) made flesh.
They weren’t describing poetry. They were describing the genome’s three-level nature. Each of these traditions will be explored in detail in upcoming articles, where I demonstrate specific architectural encodings of genomic knowledge.
THE UPDATED UNDERSTANDING
OLD: „God is the stem cell” / „God is DNA”
NEW: „The stem cell is a manifestation of genome intelligence.” / „DNA is the essential storage medium the genome uses.”
OLD: „DNA responds to language.”
NEW: „The GENOME SYSTEM interprets language through its wave field component and modifies gene expression accordingly.”
THE IMPLICATION & CLIFFHANGER If the genome is an immaterial information system, and if ancient mystics described it accurately without microscopes… what else did they encode? The evidence is in temples, frescoes, and texts. They knew. And they left us the proof.

,photo description: The old vatican stairs. KOSTAS TSEK – Shutterstock.
The Code and the Path.
DNA is the written instruction. The stairs are the journey toward understanding that an instruction without the intelligence that reads it is dead. The ancients knew: truth is a spiral – the higher you go, the closer you get to the Source.
